This is the personalised Strength Training Program designed to suit your fitness goals and objectives. We specialise in building strength, power and improving body composition all within a gym program. 

 

A questionnaire will be sent to you after purchase, where we will capture as much information as we can about your goals, nutrition, current programs and routine.

 

From there, we will design a weekly workout program for you, including training frequency, training splits, rep ranges, exercises, tips, notes, sets etc. for you to follow through in your program.
